Morrissey, lead singer of The Smiths probably have one of more recognizable and polished vocal in alternative rock genres. And it fits well with rock/electronic driven sound of the Smiths.
Not in in particular order:
1. This Charming Man
2. How Soon Is Now
3. Girlfriend in a Coma
And of course Hand In Glove :)

"There Is A Light Tht Never Goes Out"
Bonus: Morrissey solo track: "November Spawned A Monster"
Here's a linky to the ever-caustic Noel Gallagher who, amazingly, has quite a few clever and nice things to say about the Smiths...

Thanks guys and good selections. As Stone mentioned this was a tough one as they have so many great songs, especially with their first album.
Bonus: Morrissey solo track: "November Spawned A Monster"
If you going Moriiissey solo, I also would like to include "Everyday Is Like Sunday" :)
