Sound Anchor can make stands for any height that you want. Most of their stands are preassembled with all welded joints, so they're not cheap (about $200 a pair). But, if you need something that can handle a heavy speaker at a specific height, you should give them consideration. They also make custom stands for several high end speaker models.

For my surrounds, I needed something that could handle a 30 lb. speaker and go over 40" in height. Their adjustable studio stands cost me $350, but they are about as ruggedly constructed as any stand I've ever seen (they weigh 65 lbs. each and come prefilled), can support up to 100 lbs. and are fully adjustable from 7" to 45".

Well, sometimes to get exactly what you need, you gotta pay more. That's the reason why the stands for my main speakers cost $120, and the ones for my surrounds cost $350. For my mains, I had lots of options, and for my surrounds my universe of options was much smaller. 10" stands that can support heavy speakers are not a huge market.
