Hi All,

I am new here. I am in need of a sub-woofer for my music/HT room. The room is about 14 x 14 x 9. I am running a Onkyo AV Receiver RX620 (about 3 years old), and have Dynaudio 42 for front left / right. Dynaudio 120 center channel, and Dynaudio IP-17 for rear left/right surround.

Thank you in advance.
Joseph

Congrats on a fine Dynaudio setup. From all the places I visit that are Dynaudio specific, most people are using a Dynaudio sub or REL and are very pleased with the integration.

I have 82s for front, 120c center and 42s for rears. I am using a Mirage OM12 that they stopped making but I don't think it is as smooth as I would like it to be.

Without knowing your budget, here are a few-

Rythmik Audio • Servo subwoofer products (http://www.rythmikaudio.com/products.html) These are supposed to be great subs at great prices.

MartinLogan - Dynamo 700 - Wireless Capable Subwoofer-Audio Advisor (http://www.audioadvisor.com/prodinfo.asp?number=MLDYN700) I really like these subs, tight bass, musical, great for music and movies. Plus they have the wireless option.

Velodyne - Optimum - 10 in. - Subwoofer-Audio Advisor (http://www.audioadvisor.com/prodinfo.asp?number=VEOP10) These Velodyne subs are great sounding. Deep powerful well controlled bass, comes with a remote control and hash an equalization program. The remote and equalizer are great features.

If you want to go cheaper look here- Emotiva Audio | X-Ref 10 DSP Powered Subwoofer (http://emotiva.com/xref_sub10.shtm)

Amazon.com: Mirage Prestige S10 Black 10-inch 300 Watt Powered Subwoofer: Electronics (http://www.amazon.com/Mirage-Prestige-S10-10-inch-Subwoofer/dp/B0015UEM3K/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1326479907&sr=8-6)

Mirage - OMNI Series 8" 400-Watt Powered Subwoofer - Black - OMNI-S8 (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Mirage+-+OMNI+Series+8%22+400-Watt+Powered+Subwoofer+-+Black/7478455.p?id=1151657259559&skuId=7478455)
