Speakers with in-build amplifier..

First of all, i'm new here so forgive me if this is in the wrong section.

I'm going to mix at a party of a friend, and the speakers have an in-build amplifier. Now my question, what are (or can be) the inputs of the speakers? Is there a way to hook them up with a Numark Mix Track pro? (it has only got RCA outputs)
I have heard about a XLR input, if this is the case, does a XLR to RCA converter work?
I don't know much about this, so help would be appreciated.

XLR to RCA convertors should work fine...
