Digital Processor Receiver

I have been reading about the HK DPR1001 that claims to be the first digital path receiver. There are few reviews on line, and I am wondering if anyone knows anything about these "new" receivers. The few users who have written about them seem very pleased. But I wonder about a product that has dropped in price so dramatically since its release.
