Don't "expect" any differences. Just do it and listen for yourself. If you "expect" a noticeable difference, lo and behold you likely will hear one. Sight biases are the cable industry's best friend.

No. If you'll listen for change in sound, then you might hear a bit of difference.
It is my opinion Bi-Wiring is a scam propagated by cable companies.
I wouldn't worry about it and just enjoy your music/movies.

Just do it and listen for yourself.
Better yet have a friend come over and do a blind test with him/her changing the wiring without telling you when the speakers are bi-wired and when they're not. Most people stick with jumpers for bi-wire capable speakers for a reason.
You may also encounter some mention of bi-amping. As with all things, the only way to judge for yourself is to test the application on your set up.
