This is my 6th or 7th experiment with Linux -- first one was about 15 years ago, latest a couple of years ago. All were a bust but now, once again, I have a redundant computer and I've installed Linux. This one is Ubuntu 10.10; no doubt Linux does get better and easier.
My question: what is you preferred music player in this environment? It must play FLAC. ALAC would be nice as well but I suppose that's asking too much.
