Hi there, I'm totally newb here.
I would like to build my own speakers, not my first actually I've made portable one in the past. (with what can be found at home ^^)
I found some cheap items on the net:
15W amp for the tweeters (http://cgi.ebay.com/Stereo-Amplifier-W-Super-Bass-HiFi-CD-MP3-MP4-DVD-AMP-/200515266029?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2eafa425ed) and tweeters (http://www.parts-express.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?&Partnumber=279-237&scqty=2)

40W amp for woofers (http://cgi.ebay.com/Mini-Hi-Fi-Audio-Stereo-Amplifier-Car-Motorcycle-40WX2-/250691289334?pt=Car_Amplifiers&hash=item3a5e5d80f6) and woofers (http://www.parts-express.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?&Partnumber=290-370&scqty=2)

so what do you think? this will work out?

BTW, sorry for my bad English.

Hello, quacK. Welcome to AR Forums; your English seems fine.

What is your intented application for these speakers? Are they for use in an automobile; (I notice both amps are 12 VDC)? Or they to be computer speakers or do you intend to use them in, say, a medium sized room?

In any case, what will you be using for speaker enclosures? Also, what will you be using for high<>low frequency crossovers? The drivers you have mentioned are low powered units and it seems to me the 15 W and 40 W per channels is over-kill for them. You might be as well off just using a passive crossover and the just the 40 W amps (or even 15 W if for computer speakers).
