I love Pavarotti, my mother is an opera fan. I love James Brown, I own every decent LP he has ever put out. But the last thing I want to hear is the 2 jamming on a song together.

Sorry buddy...

Hey....what about Barry? You dont like Barry? You gotta like Barry....and yeah....them together aint to cool....it aint like Miles jamin with other heavy weights. I think that was only to bring in some cash....you see they never cut an album together....its really like mixing water with oil.

what...was Rob Halford busy that night?;)

I love tuna fish and I love ice cream. I might follow one with the other on rare occassion, but never both at the same time.

my wife loves Barry - actually, him singing in front of a full orchestra is more appropriate than Brown. I like me some JB ever now and then, but let's face it, that ain't how he became Soul Bruh #1.

And I was always a Placido Domingo man myself. Aretha Franklin might have been a better match, but those way-out duet pairings never worked for me. All those Sinatra pairings, Willie Nelson and whoever... sometimes interesting, sometimes unintentional comedy.

Yeah...now they released Sinatra and Carlos Jobim on CD. Frank seems to want to be so kool in the video. Frank was good at what he did and Carlos surely didntt need Frank.....Carlos did well with what he wrote back in the day and he did very well with Dizzy and Getz and Astud and Joao Gilberto .

Check out Frank and Jobim in the video.

Sinatra and Dorsey, now that was a pairing.
