Where can you find Promo CD's

Ok, so I want to get Taylor Swift's Leesport Promo CD's ... how do you get them? Because some of the stuff on them was never release on CD (specifically songs: Lucky You, Permanent Marker) I can't find a WAV file so all the mp3's sound ****ty to me and I just can't have that haha I would prefer to just get all the songs because I will most likely like every one of the songs eventually ... Thanks!

Thanks I don't know the date of the CD's ... but if it helps she wrote them when she was like 13-15 years old so around 7 years ago ... but I don't know when she actually went in and recorded ... Thank you again
