RIO DE JANEIRO – Brazil's health minister has a remedy for the nation's high-blood- pressure problem: More sex.
Minister Jose Temporao says adults should be exercising more to help keep their blood pressure down — and he says a good cardiovascular workout includes sex, "always with protection, obviously."
Temporao also recommends dancing, a healthy diet and regular blood-pressure checks.
The minister made the comments Monday while launching a national campaign against high blood pressure in the Brazilian capital of Brasilia.

Both of them? Sounds like you could use a friend to lend you a hand.

Great...more babies for the Shantytowns of Rio...lotta dancin' goin' on there i hear...
I hope Brasilian authorities start giving away contraceptive devices and abortions to go along with the "more sex" suggestion. That, or let the US Navy build and maintain a port there (the way they used to do in another place I won't mention).
I was on the first carrier to visit Rio - That 'other place' had nuthin on Rio for carnal debotchery...and the Navy will give you all the "party favors" you want. A young sailor's Disney Land.

I really would not count on it. Brazil make some of the nastiest porn movies on the planet (I read it somewhere :D), and having safe sex is probably the farthest thing in that industry. So I am guessing since authorities have such a relax view on their porn industry, pushing for safe sex is not on their front burner.

Hell dude, yer talkin about the floor show in most bars there:eek6:
(or so I've been told :ihih:)
