VOOM satellite service???

Any suggestions about this satellite service.
Bought a TV from sears and can get a $500.00 gift certificate if I sign up.
$39.95 a month for the basic service and extra receiver is $199.00 with NO extra monthly charge. Long term seems the extra receiver price maybe better instead of extra charge each month.
Appreciate any suggestions
