That about says it all.
Bought a sansui g5000 a year ago. It was in my budget and I'd heard many great things about the Sansui line. I've cleaned it with contact cleaner. All dials, buttons, and lights work. Great sound except for a hiss on s's.
I question though whether to spend the $400 or so on a professional refurb or take that money and put it toward a sansui g9090.
I know the obvious difference between the two models is watts per channel. Besides that, is there any tremendous difference in sound quality that would make it an obvious choice?
Why Sansui? Dont know. I like the G5000 and am comfortable with the brand. Any opinion welcomed. Thanks
