Yamaha RX-V659 how much is it worth?

My neighbor wants to buy my old Yamaha RX-V659 which is in pristine condition (I only used it about 4 months tops). It's in the original box with everything that came with it and looks barnd new. How much is it worth?

I did a google search and most of the people sell it for around $200!

I have the Yamaha RX-V870 and it is an amazing receiver!
