Everyone who has registered in the old system has been copied over to this new system. This means your username, password and email address should all be on file. If you've changed your username multiple times on the old system, keep in mind that it was your most recent info that was copied over. We might run into some problems with passwords not being correct, etc. So this is the order of operation on how you should try logging in over there:
- Simply try logging in with the username/password you had in the old forum.

If that doesn't work, go to the next step.

- Try retrieving your password. You'll be asked for your registered email address. Enter that and submit, and you'll receive an email with details on how to proceed. You must use the email address you had on file with us in our old system. If you do not have access to that email address anymore, this step will not work for you. You'll have to go on to the next step.

- If the first two steps didn't work, you can try registering a new account.

This will only work if you are using an email address that is not in our system. We only allow one account per email address. If our system tells you that your email address is already in use when trying to register a new account, it is because your info is already in our new system, but that there is a mixup with your username and password preventing you from being able to login. If you are not able to login after following these steps, please post the errors you receive in the old forums system (linked immediately below) so that we can look into it:

We'd rather you post your problems with the new system there instead of emailing us so others can view the problems and see the fixes. If you are able to register a new account, your problem is solved.

We'll leave the old forums open for posting for another few weeks until all the wrinkles of this new system are ironed out. After that time, we'll end up turning off posting there so that everyone can move over to here. We'll likely leave those forums open for reading only, and save them as an archive.
