I was wondering if anyone knew if these two systems are the same under the hood or if NAD & Teac have some kind of arrangement. There was a significant difference in price in favor of the Teac, but now AA is blowing out the NADs (I know that sounds wrong, my bad) for $400. The Teac also includes an iPod doc:

Can't say if they are the same but have had the chance to see-touch-hear the TEAC units at Quest For Sound and was very impressed by the output. Great little units for a bedroom or other small area.

That is a great price for the Teac unit. They also have DR-H300 dvd receiver. If I needed a small unit I would consider these guys.

I've had a positive history with buying NAD (quality, service, and dealer support), but I think this time I'm going to go with Teac - that iPod doc is the deal-breaker.
