Help with Audacity

Hey all, I have been using Audacity for roughly a week. I'm starting to get the hang of it. I found this link to be wicked helpful, saved me alot of time. Any Audacity pros out there? I would like to post a couple of issues here and maybe we can get a helpful thread together. 02audionoob, where u at dawg?! You must be pretty handy with this program...

I don't use Audacity much, but I have used it successfully. I wouldn't be opposed to doing a little troubleshooting on it.

I've susessfully recorded 6 sides of vinyl [1] using Audacity. I'm ready to tweek my setup and all the bell's & whistles in the Preferences.

Here's my first question. In the Audacity Preferences> Devices> Interface> Host, I have choice between MME and Windows DirectSound. Which should I use?
