What's the deal with people selling "new in box" LCD TVs on craigslist? Where do these TVs come from? They're available all the time. People selling used TVs don't seem to understand that a TV that cost them $1,000 retail new isn't worth $900 used. But these people selling TVs advertised as new sometimes have a decent price.
Given the potential for reliability issues, I'll probably always buy at the authorized dealers and get the manufacturer's warranty, but I still sometimes wonder.
