Don't tell anyone, but I like alot of what John Tesh does. His latest Alive- Music and Dance has some pretty cool stuff in it. I'm not big on Break Dancing or Hip Hop but I do enjoy watching Breeze Lee popping. Sometimes it looks like his body parts are not even connected.

Not really feeling it either, but I can see how this type of show might broaden the horizons of the geezers who'll pay to go see it. It'd be interesting to get a shot of the audience or even comments from the audience after the show. I'm not so sure the dance aspect integrates all that well because the music is more jazz/funk than it is hiphop. It won't win any street cred for its use of hiphop dance, nor will a lot of younger fans like it. I could be wrong however. The youngins like those ballet meets hiphop/forbidden fruit movies. Remeber when it was the hockey player/figure skater thing...anyway...I digress.

But it prolly ain't a bad show to see live - actual musicians with actual instruments. The arrangments are good - great bass player. But really, theres gotta be some scratch mixing somewhere...that'd be keepin it reaaallll !

I have seen the whole live show from his DVD on none other than The Worship Channel. I don't care much for hip hop or break dancing but think what he does with his body is pretty incredible. My body just doesn't move like that.

LOL, I also like John Tesh music as I am a Geezer.
