It looks like an XLR but it's to small.

Looks like a German DIN plug to me. Here (http://www.universal-radio.com/CATALOG/parts/dinconn.html)are some examples.

"A DIN connector" isn't quite black and white like other connectors are. It looks vaguey like # 4637 on this linked page but even that's a stretch : http://www.universal-radio.com/CATALOG/parts/dinconn.html

Measure carefully and see if any of these Lemo Connectors fit:

Thanks for your help so far. :smile5:

The amplifier is a Faylon P200 professional amplifier.

Cinch is a connector company. I believe it is a DIN connector.
I think you'll find the male connector here.

http://www.cinch.com/view_item.cinch?section_id=14&sub_section_id=52&section_title=Misc. Commercial&item_id=165#

Go to "products" (far left tab) then click on "Misc Commercial"

You may have to take that part# and buy it from a distributor, (Newark Electronics, and Allied Electronics are a few), but I would just google Cinch and the part# and take it from there.

It looks like an XLR balanced connection used for high-end inputs and outputs. It's also used for microphones. They're usually "keyed" as the notch indicates in the photo and have a locking mechanism. Here's a male and female Canare XLR.

Female inline plug.

Looks like I gave you some bad info, sorry. I think it's made by Switchcraft. The photo shows a 5 pin, (just because it's from the same family I assume) but the part number is actually a 3 pin. (female panel mount)

You can verify by clicking on the catalog link (pg 171) towards the bottom of the page.

This is the corresponding male connector:
