Well that sucks, 'cause if they're in Europe then they're not touring here!

But I'm confused. Didn't they announce a new Prog Nation tour with Pain of Salvation and Beardfish?

I don't see anything announced yet in North America on the tour site............as you can see by the European dates, they are back in the states by early July, which leaves many, many weeks of time left for the U.S. and Canada...........hey FA, down here where I live, they can tour into December. :)

They can tour here into December too. :p Just not outdoors. And I happen to prefer our main outdoor venue to any of our large indoor venues.

The Progressive Nation Tour is announced here. (http://www.dreamtheater.net/news_dreamtheater.php#pn2009) It's scheduled for July and August. So maybe there's still hope. Although last year's tour didn't come here, which was disappointing. Hopefully, they'll make it here this summer (while I'm not on vacation). I'd rather see this year's tour anyway. I had already seen Opeth and Three from last year's tour. But I've never seen POS, Beardfish or Zappa Jr.

Oh, great you found it............I was looking at the tour page and you find it on the news page...........I guess I can live with that. :)

I don't care for Opeth...........I'd much rather see Dweezil play Daddy's classics...........plus it also states that the new CD is to be released just before this North American leg, the Prog Nation..........sounds good to me.

Two years ago I flew up to Chicago and caught the tour after having a conflict with the date in Austin............the year before that, I caught the tour at a beautiful outdoor venue on a gorgeous night in Albuquerque (that sold EXCELLENT mived drinks) hoping they make a couple of stops in Texas this year.
