since I was asked to cater an event next month & was asked to speak to a group of young women re: what I do. (catering & my meal planning biz)

As I have poured over potential Valentines recipes and have complied a menu, I've been thinking of Valentine's Day...

How would you sum up your "romantic life" in 10 words or less.

I'll start,

Big blue eyes, blond hair, 28 pounds, stole my heart.

What about you? Any thoughts, funny, romantic or otherwise!

Only takes one word for me, and that is... non-existant! WHAAAAAAAhaaaaaa :cryin:

Either a pet or one of your kids would be my guess.

Ha!
I guess you didn't need 10 words!

My baby. He's not such a baby anymore, he'll be 2 next month.

Okay, I don't get it. What's worth a very long wait? I'm confused.

Kinda cryptic wasn't it Sugar Beats? His head may have been stuck in a printer at the time of his post.

Q: How would you sum up your "romantic life" in 10 words or less.

A: A very long wait but way worth it. Happy days! (10 words on the button)

Q: Okay, I don't get it. What's worth a very long wait? I'm confused.

A: Wifey. She's the best. Didn't meet her till I was 40. She even puts up with my sarcasm. Who could ask for more?

LOL, Thanks for breaking it down for me. Sometimes after being up at night w/ the little guy, I'm a little "slow" on the up-take!

By the way, good job on nailing the 10 words exactly! No one else has yet!

Hi SB,

10 words you say.

Little Fromage Blanc Hearts with a selection of mixed Berries.:D

12oz Fromage Blanc
4 fl oz double cream
strawberries and wild strawberries
red currants
and some white currants

Put the Fromage Blanc in a bowl and beat well until smooth, add a little of the cream to make the texture slightly thicker.
Line the inside of a heart shaped mould with slightly dampened muslin cloth.
Fill the moulds and tap gently to elliminate any air bubbles.
Wrap the overhanging muslin cloth over the mould, making sure it is well covered.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

To serve:

Unwrap the cheese and invert the mould onto a plate.
Carefully lift of the mould
Coat the hearts with either Sauce Chocolate or Creme Anglaise and arrange the fruits decoratively around the edge, perhaps in little bunches. Serve very cold.

Bon Appetite

Less than I want, more than I deserve.
