OK, I'll bite: Panasonic DMP-BD55K (msrp $399), DMP-BD-35K, if you don't need multi-channel outs, at least until we see what Oppo comes out with.

Agree with Nightflier, especially price/performance and anything near this price. So far two excellent reviews.

As Woochifer said:

I am holding off until I see the info and price on the OPPO, otherwise I would jump on the DMP-BD35 now since I'll be getting a new pre/pro next year.

And at $224 shipped from Amazon, the DMP-BD35 was too good for me to pass up! :smilewinkgrin:
