How come there are only 2 pages of history?

I tried to go back in time to see if there were any threads worth bumping, but it only goes back a page (1/2 page, actually). What's the deal?

Down in the lower left corner where it says display options and "From The" I have the drop down menu set to the "Beginning" and I show 4,884 threads. Hope this helps.
