Blue Man Group question

I want to get a Blue Man Group DVD for my brother. I saw How To Be A Rockstar on TV yesterday and was going to get that one for him. But I also see that they have a DVD called The Complex Rock Tour Live.

Has anyone seen both of these? Can you provide an opinion of which one is better?
