Anyone know the blue book of the Adcom GTP-600 preamp?

I might buy a preamp from a military guy who has the original box, manual and remote. What is the bluebook of the preamp in middle condition?

Also a little history of this amp would be nice.. Thank you

I see they went on eBay for $102 and $103, lately. There was also one that went for $50, but it appears to be an anomaly due to a seller with no feedback and a unit without its remote.
