We just did our Spring Beer Trade at work. Below is what was in the mixed case. We do this twice a year, one for Winter Seasonals and one for Spring. We get 24 people and I get the fun job of approving the selections. Each person then gets 24 different beers to try.

Lots of fun for sure. My case is just about gone already. My contribution was the Bluepoint Hoptical Illusion which I highly recommend but the top 2 were the Aprihop and the Nugget Nectar.

...since it's a seasonal beer. You have quite a few good ones on your list, but many I've never tasted. A local guy does that mixed case thing around the holidays, and I bought in for the first time. It cost me $30 but I was completely underwhelmed by what I got in mine. There were some duplicates and many were total crap. I'd say half were decent and the rest...forget about it. Needless to say, I won't be joining that group again.

Since I'm part-owner of a PA beer distributor, I'm thinking of doing my own next holiday season, and I'll get only 'good' beer, or at least better than that other guy got.

Yeah, I pushed for the Long Trail and used Double Bag last year. I have spent many hours sitting in the Long Trail brewery when on Ski Trips to Mountain Top and Woodstock areas. They just started shipping down here within the last year.

Many of Magic Hat beers are odd to say the least but there are a few I like. The HiPA is one of the last beers I have left in my case.
