We're All Getting Sucked Into a BlackHole in June! :mad5:

I'm reading this article linked below and then in the second to last paragraph to good scientist drops/shrugs off a sublte bomb!

Bah, we're all good!

Good God People, he's European!

ARE WE SAFE? :nonod:

http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=080527182918.1m4p4ung&show_article=1

How do you prepare for a black hole?

What do I need to buy now? Water? Diapers? Food?

Will water survive in a Black Hole? Do I need distilled or spring?

Will I survive in a Black Hole?

Will Pix survive in a Black Hole?

Will HDMI still carry a signal while in a Black Hole?

Will Audio Note speakers truly sound as good as RGA proclaims in a Black Hole?

Do they have Shiner Bock beer in a Black Hole?

Will there be a line to get into the Black Hole or is it just like....Pooof! Your in!

Should I pack a swimsuit? Thong or Bermuda Shorts?

Bermuda? Does the Bermuda Triangle already lead to the Black Hole? I might want to beat the crowd.

JSE has a lot of work to do.......:sosp:

Forget my boys, forget my Mother, forget my job. Save the hometheater and the bluray collection. Oh and the beer:ihih:

Don't bother to save anything. Turn the movie on and the volume up. Pass me the beer and chips. I'm going to get it on with the hottest babe in the room*. Why hold back now?

*My wife is always the hottest babe in the room.

Actually the problem isnt a black hole.
THE REAL PROBLEM IS PUNCHING THROUGH to the universe next door, which is densely packed with energy.
If there is just a tiny breech for a fraction of a second, the energy release would create an explosion FIFTY LIGHT YEARS wide.
When building the supercollider in Texas, this was brought to the attention of Congress,
and when asked by a Congressional panel, physicists replied, not that this was rediculous, but that the danger was "slight".
Congress "defunded" this supercollider and now its a big ditch.
Dont undertand why, it would have certainly cured the energy "crisis".
Sure, everybody would have attained a temperature of 10,000,000 degrees in a nanosecond, but you can't have everything.
Also consider that every once in awhile a star such as ours, goes
supernova, for no discenable reason.
Why does a star that gives life one second blows up the next?
But enough of that!!!
Whats Britney doin? :1:

I think some of y'all need to stop watching those TBS reruns of "The Black Hole". Max Schnell has got erebody in a tissy. They've been doing theoretical work on black holes since the fifties and Collider experimentation since the seventies. No one's been sucked in yet.

With decades of work to reference scientists still can't agree on any theoritcal constants, hence the evolution of Dirac into Planck.Since the late 70's we've assumed that the Dirac equation for an electron around a Kerr-Newman black hole is separated into decoupled ordinary differential equations but very close to the horizon the solutions become independent of the particle parameters, indicating the universality of the behaviour, at least to mathematicians, but little other observable behavior has been recorded.

I suspect this current iteration of the experiment is based on recent goings-on from across the pond (yeah, this stuff is happening all the time, must be Laz's illuminati) http://www.iop.org/EJ/abstract/0264-9381/25/6/065006/

From a practical standpoint we're really no further along in harnessing energy. In essence, the Dirac constant is a conversion factor between phase (in radians) and action (in joule-seconds) as seen in the Schrödinger equation. But, that doesn't do us a lot of good unless you want to strap a Super Collider to the undercarriage of yer Honda.

As for the "God Particle" this may continue to be something beyond the pale. Man has, since the dawn of time yearned to answer the unanswerable and not done a very good job at it...reference the complexities of Heisenberg's uncertainty principle which states unocquivocably that "**** happens". Just remember, in terms of black holes, negative entropy is bad.

Bad news about the Shiner Bock though. It ain't gonna make it if we take Eddington seriously. I wonder what those G-Forces will do to the little gold flakes in 'Schlagger?

I tried your link twice and no go.
And the specs ON THE NEW "HARD ON" supercollider?
About fifty by 20 meters, made in China, of course.
Starts with a jump off from a Sears die hard.
The greys conned us into building it.
The resulting fifty light year wide explosion will look real pretty on their version of the fourth of july when it reaches them in a few thousand
years.
But why are you worried? We have five trillion out in mortages, five hundred trillion in derivatives, and fifty three billion in assets.
WHEN WE HIT THE GALACTIC void in 2012 the planet will be ripped apart.
NOT THAT IT MATTERS, WITH THE BEES GONE we wont be around by then anyway.
NOW if you will excuse me I have to do some "bit streamin and pcming"
with my Blu ray.
