Nice pics Flo,

Forgive the ignorance but I can't help thinking about speaker placement with those Grands. They must be a B.. to move. Do you have a set distance from the side and end walls?

Ah yes, movement ^^ At 1300lbs per side they are indeed a ***** to move. They have wheels that can be attached to them, so its a bit easier. :skep: But like all speakers, these too have to be moved around to find the good balance.

nice pics, so they will finally be moving eh :p

btw, from what I experienced, apogees are pretty sensitive to speaker placement (and as you said they are a b!tch to move), don't you have a broken back or so before you get them right?

Keep them spinning,
Bert.

This should be an interesting documentation of the rise and (hopefully not) fall of the monolithic Apogees to their new home. I would imagine that in some ways you've been dreading this moment for months.

Ah yes, tomorrow is the day of the crane and Grand. I have indeed been fearing this day for a while, but i cant delay it any longer. Its close to 3000lbs packed! :out:

I hope the floor is strong enough to withstand the weight, but I guess that hasn't been an issue yet so it should be alright. Good luck with the move, post some more pictures:)
