How long does it take to post a photo in the gallery?

How long does it take to post a photo in the gallery?Gallery? We have a gallery? I know there was one with the old software, but this new release? How do you get there?

Edit: OK...I answered my own question...the "Community + Events" link at the top gets you there. I've made some changes to my system and will post a new picture to it soon to test it out. And it IS the old gallery, isn't it? Kind of cumbersome. I hate having to click on every comment to read them, but maybe there's an easier way?
