just bought a new nad c370 and paradigm monitor 7s and at higher levels i begin to here a popping noise first the left then the right will start is this just distortion or in my excitment of new equipment may i have blown my speakers

You might be playing it a bit loud. Even though the NAD is a great amp and the 'digms are good speakers, you could be running out of steam, particularly if this is most obvious on a bass note. Even good amps and speakers have their limits and bass tends to not care.

did some a/b test to here the difference in the speaker and one sounds alot more richer and deeper in the base so i think i may have blown it??? what do you all think now?

You probably checked this but......

Are you sure your speakers are in phase? Do you have the positive side on each speaker wire going to the positive terminals on the speakers and the receiver. If you cross any where in the line of either speaker, you will be out of phase and get bad sound. Might want to double check.

Are your monitor 7's broken in yet because my 7's poped at higher volume for about 30 hours. I knew I needed to break them in so when I heard the speakers start to pop I would turn it down. Now many hours later at higher volume they don't pop anymore. My situation was that the woofers needed to be loosened up for the woofers to produce the sound properly.
