Picked this model up today while thrifting.
I know Akai is not high end or probably even mid-fi but it has a nice silver face with wood surround and is in near mint condition so I figured it was worth the $15 they wanted.
Anyone know about this unit? All I have been able to find is that it is 25 wpc and was built arounf 1977.
