Hey, folks, I am thinking about buying an LCD front projector and naturally, if I do, I will need some extra long video cables (component, S-video, and composite). Does anyone have any recommendations regarding reputable and good online sites from which to buy these cables?

Very reasonable price, and they can custom make cables for you. And fast service too :)

Thanks for the tip, Tony. For a while there, I thought I wouldn't get any replies to my post :(. Again, thanks a lot.

www.signalcable.com & www.ramelectronics.net.
Great cables at a great price.

I like to use accessories for less - www.acfl.com. But that is because I think AR cables work just fine and are probably the best bang for the buck. Many audiophiles will surely disagree with me.

Actually, the address is: http://www.ac4l.com

I like the AR cables for the same reasons and think they're well constructed. :)

I also want to thank Tony for the Blue Jeans Cable link. They do decent prices on their custom cables. Ever used their Canare 4S11 speaker cable?

Please feel free to post your comments here.

I use both AR, and Monster Video cable in my setup. Contrary to what some people have posted, Monster has spent a lot of time & money engineering these cables to perform correctly. I also use a smaller brand, Homegrown Audio, for my Audio cables. They specialize in Silver cables, and I highly recommend them. Here's their website
