Philips 47PFL7422D or VIZIO GV47L ?

I'm down to these two sets. This will be our first LCD HDTV. The room receives a lot of natural lighting, so plasma is out, and the price is right. Both are priced at $1499 this weekend at Costco and BJ's. Does anyone have any insight into which one is better?
