There are national movements under way to provide relief and support to the victims of the fires in Southern California. Two organizations to which I belong and contribute $$ are giving to the Red Cross for this cause. Check with your local civic clubs, organizations, charities, Red Cross, etc. It may seem like only a few dollars, but in the right hands it can do some good.

I'm a huge Red Cross supporter. I think that the work they do locally and around the world is fantastic. I donate on a monthly basis with an automatic charge to my credit card. A little bit each month adds up over a year...and I get air mile points. :wink5:

Also, I'm not sure whether Amazon.com does this but, if you go to the Amazon.ca website from link at the Red Cross Canada web site Amazon will donate 5% of your total bill to the Red Cross.

Thanks for the heads-up FA. I'm planning to place the movie & music Christmas order soon so I'll look for a similar link at the American Red Cross site.
