Just watched this movie last weekend after D/L the HD version onto my Xbox 360. I must say I was impressed with the film. Even my 10 year old daughter was excited to see it, and she is not a big sports movie fan.

Like most sports movies, it really wasn't about the sport, but about growing, and learning about who, and what you are made of.

The acting was good, I liked Matthew McConahe(sp), and the guy from "LOST".

I didn't know much about the Marshall tragedy, execpt from the previews, but it was very sad to see so many young people killed. The movie didn't dwell so much on the actual accident, as it focused more on how the town, its people, and the university overcame all of the obstacles put before them.

All in all, it was a good movie, and I would recommend it. I have always been a big fan of "Rudy" (more for the content, less for the University it represents). I think that this particular football movie has replaced it as my favorite football movie.
