do you think any one can help out.
I bought a brande new receiver with a manufacturing defect from Marantz authorised dealer in t he USA.
Immediately i moved to India. When i connected it i found it had a manufacturing defect. The center channel did not work.
I gave it to the Authorised sevice center here. They say that the US warranty is not valid here.
They are even charging me to open it to check what is wrong with it. And they are quoting me 100$s more than i payed to buy it just to repair a brand new Amp.
The little i found out is that India is supplied thru Japan- Singapore and finally India. And USA us seperate.
Need to get somebody senior in marantz's email so i can contact him and ask if they can help out.
