I am building a new house, looking to do surround in the family room(big dedicated room in basement later), nothing special more background than big sound. Also looking to distribute sound to other places, possibly 6 different zones. Questions:
1. should I do a speaker selector with a seperate amplifier with volume controls at each zone, or should I use an A-bus system?
2. I have a wierd setup in the family room, couch sets way back from tv(about12 feet) and can only use in ceiling speakers. I have found speakers from JA audio and hometech(made by Sonance) that are angled in the ceiling, any thoughts on these brands or on using angled speakers?
Thank you all very much for any replies and enjoy your day.
