I need to get a few HDMI cables, and a ton of speaker cable. I need some flat cable to run, about 75' total (so 30 for one and 45 for the other) and then for my mains. I know monster makes a good flat cable, but is there anything else I should be aware of? Also, previously I had used tyhe monster XP for my mains. I liked the price and build quality, but again, anything else I should see? And lastly, is there a good online store I can get all of this from?

audioadvisor.com is a good place to buy, the people there can answer questions about the cables or equipment they sell and offer a month return policy if you dont like the product.

don't waste money on monster cable.
if you really want to buy good speaker cable, you could buy some kimber, or van den hul or so, but monster is no real upgrade over standard cable.

I completely agree. However, I like that it is easy to work with and durable. For the level my system will be at, the limitation won't be the cabling. I haven't seen any flat speaker cable by kimber either. Maybe for my next system......

Radio Shack sells some flat speaker cable. get the one with the clear jacket, flat braid, I think it sounds very good for the price (better than the Monster IMHO).

Only found under wire, not found if you search Radio Shack speaker cables.

Parts Express is a good source for lower cost utility cables.

monoprice.com is a good place for HDMI cables. They have speaker wire, but I don't see the flat kind.
