Surround Parameters - Denon

I have the Denon AVR-786 with a 5.1 setup. According to the manual, when you press the Surround Paramater button (in DLPII & DPLIIx mode), some of the options should be Panorama Control, DImension Contorl, Center Width Control. The only options I have are Cinema EQ ON/OFF and Tone Defeat ON/OFF. What am I doing wrong here?

UPDATE: Problem PARTIALLY solved. I know how to make the extra options appear withn DPL II Music, but not DPL II Cinema.

Hi Ace; The three options only effect the DPL-2 music mode. IMHO the panorama option is worthless, but the dimension and width controls do work very well. In fact, I wish they had this option for 5.1 Dolby Digital and DTS. I believe it would make a system to funciton better.
