Okay guys help me out//MP3 websites

I use to download from a certain russian website, that has since been on the fritz, but my wife and daughter still want to do the download thing. I hate Rhapsody, I-tunes, and Napster. Is there any good sites I should know about. One of the things I liked about the Russian site was that it was a pay-as-you-go service, not a subscription scam. Are there any pay as you go services anymore?

I can't help but all I can tell you is the best sites are free and have better than mp3 quality.

I don't really download that much from them, usually I just use them to preview. But my wife and chirlins downloaded from there, not free, but cheap.
