Boston Surround 575x or VRS?

Has anyone here heard both these speakers? I'm trying to decide which one to bid on and wonder if anyone has any ideas on which might be better. I already have a VR 12 center channel speaker and am slowly getting BA speakers to match up with it (Movie use).

I know that the 575x is older then the VRS (1993 vs 1998) but it's THX certified and I don't think the non-Pro version of the VRS is THX.

What do you think?

If the VRS speaker is using the VRi tweeter and your center speaker does as well, I would go w/ this one.

The 575x is pretty old and THX is only a "LOGO" simular to "good house keepings seal of approval". Everything in your system would need that "LOGO" for your system to be certified.

The VRi series from Boston are VERY nice sound speaker.
