?Need good CD player with Pioneer VSX-43TX

I've recently purchased a Pioneer Elite receiver that is supposed to have very high grade audio-DACs. Would I be better off buying a decent cd player such as NAD541 or should any budget CD player with digital out do just as well using the Pioneer's DACs?
