Hi...
My old panasonic boombox is on the fritz and is ready to be replaced.
Any recommendations?
Usage...
This is mostly for the bedroom...usually played at sleep time but occasionally
for other functionality. :-)
Some portability would be nice too...a handle, etc.
For CDs and radio...
Consumersearch.com's top pick is the Cambridge SoundWorks CD 740.
At $350...it is more than what I would like to spend. (Under $200)
I know I'm not going to get audiophile sound quality in that price range but
I'm looking for something affordable with decent sound.
The JVC KAMBOOM models are really hideous looking.
But if I was convinced there was some good sound in there, I would be consider.
Consumersearch's best value model is the -- Teac SR-L50 at $107.76.
I've read mixed reviews about the sound quality.
So I guess I'm looking for that magic...BANG FOR YOUR BUCK...model.
Your thoughts/suggestions would be much appreciated!
Thank you,
