Can some give me some idea picture settings I keep changing mine .If you have some that work for you share them with me.

Do you have a calibration disc? If not, you should get one. I have Digital Video Essentials which is somewhat difficult to figure and and navigate but definitely helpful for securing proper video settings.There are other discs like Avia, Sound & Vision, so you'll have to browse and figure out which one you'd like to work with best.
