Old SUBs: Definitive 1500 vs Paradigm PW2200?

I am setting up a little home theater and have two '90s vintage subs available to me.

Can anyone suggest which of these two is the better unit?

-Definitive Powerfield 1500
or
-Paradigm PW-2200

I've had both of these subs actually!

I'll sum it up like this...the DefTech can get louder and punch a little more.

The Paradigm can go lower and has a smoother, almost bandpass sound.

Neither was great for music, but the DefTech was a little better there. But for movies, the Paradigm was stellar.
