I just walked out of my local CC with a brand new XBOX 360 HD-DVD drive for $159.99. If you want one go here for the .pdf of the coupon. There have been some people reporting that the stores refuse the coupon, but I had no trouble with it.
The player is pretty cool, and for $159.99 you cant beat it.
