So, I wanted to backup some Macrovision protected vhs to dvd. Okay, mostly I wanted to backup some PAL ancoded dvds to NTSC format. I bought the Sima CT2 video stabilizer from Best Buy (open box for $90) yesterday. Followed the skimpy instruction booklet, got audio, but no video. Tried s-video and component. Both times got a red tint on the screen. Anyone have experience with this? Otherwise it's going back. I wasted an hour of my life on something that should've taken 15 minutes.
