I know that there's not a lot of Three Days Grace fans here, but I'm posting this anyway. Hopefully, someone will at least give me a pity click or two.

I'm listening to the preview of their new CD, One-X, on the radio. The show is a combination of album tracks, live acoustic tracks and an interview with the band. It's a great show so far!

The new CD sounds like it's going to be a little slower paced than their debut disk. But still, it rocks. The release date is Tuesday, June 13 and I'll definately be picking it up on Tuesday.

If anyone is reading this just after I've posted, you can tune in here http://www.edge102.com/station/sp_player_faq.cfm.

I'm just glad that my radio is finally good for something!!!

So, how is it? All I know is BB has snippets of it, and it's $10. http://images.bestbuy.com/BestBuy_US/images/products/7836/7836416.jpg Samples here. (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?type=product&id=1543052)

Fock, this place is so slow. Every time I come back here & try to post or read a post I'm reminded how long it takes to load a page. Jesus. :mad2:

I was out of town on business for most of last week so I've only had time for 2 spins so far. Some of it is really good and some of it sounds so much like Nickelback that I just want to smack the band in their collective head and scream WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!!!!!

I need to give it more time to grow on me but first impression is that it's not as good as their first disk. I was really hoping to see them go in more of a metal or prog-metal direction. Instead they decided to sound like another Nickelback-wannabe band.

They are currently on their second tour with Nickelback. Maybe it's allowed for too much influence on them. I think that they need to find a better touring partner.

Apparently you can stream the whole album on any Clearchannel station web site. But I don't know if that's an option for you on dial-up.
