Outlaw Audio: Opinions Please!

I've been thinking about buying Outlaw amp and pre-amp http://www.outlawaudio.com/products/990.html . I see tht their pre-amp has many good reviews:

Performance wise they appear to be alright for the price.

Yeah, I like OA products. Their receiver is particularly awesome for the money.
